Terms & Conditions

3. Ownership: Upon final payment, the Client will own the final deliverables. The Agency retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.
4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.
5. Acceptance: By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement and the associated proposal.
